Today we moved the hog roast gear, the racking has been set up and all the catering equipment has been neatly arranged so at long last, we can find things without pulling everything out.

It’s given us a chance as well, to get rid of a few things and buy new items such as crockery and cutlery, a couple of new urns, and new colour coded chopping boards.

We now have room to put all the items we need for each job in one place and have a bit of room left for the new machine we are going to need this year as we are taking more bookings and expanding our business.
