
Our team arrived early to prepare the centrepiece: a whole roasted pig with golden crackling, served with our classic apple sauce and sage & onion stuffing. Alongside, guests enjoyed a tempting selection of bread rolls and wraps, with gluten-free options available to ensure everyone could tuck in.
To complement the hog roast, we served an array of fresh, colourful side dishes. A vibrant tomato and mozzarella salad, a crisp mixed salad, and our creamy coleslaw sat alongside a hearty pasta salad. Guests had herb-dressed new potatoes, complete with a range of sauces, plus the traditional salt and vinegar for those who like to keep it classic.

The afternoon unfolded beautifully, with guests helping themselves to generous servings, enjoying the sunshine, and raising a toast to Bernadette and David’s milestone. Our Hog Roast St Albans menu provided the perfect balance of tradition, flavour, and flexibility, allowing every guest to indulge in something delicious.
