Earlier this June, Hog Roast Hatfield catered for a wonderful corporate event for the team at Watret & Co Ltd. The event took place at Springfield Farm, which is a beautiful rural venue that was perfect for the occasion, especially since it took place on a day when the sun was shining. Our catering manager Darren was contacted to find a menu that would be ideal for the 25 guests to enjoy for their lunch, and he soon created the perfect catering package for the occasion!
Darren and the Hog Roast Hatfield team arrived at the farm in the morning and began preparing for the 14:00 serving time. We started with the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, BBQ spareribs, and marinated chicken kebabs. These dishes were served in a selection of bread rolls and wraps and accompanied by herb dressed new potatoes. Additionally, we served a Greek salad and our gourmet coleslaw, which ensured that our menu was delicious and varied. We served our catering buffet style, which was perfect for allowing the guests to create their ideal lunch from the dishes we had to offer. Our catering was a big success and it was great to have been chosen to cater for the team whilst they chatted and enjoyed the wonderful weather.
