There’s no better way to say goodbye to summer than with sunshine, laughter and a tasty barbeque and that is exactly what the team at Leviat had in mind when they booked with Hog Roast Hertford for their end of summer staff barbeque.
On Friday 19th September, long before the staff filled their plates, our catering team was hard at work preparing a feast to remember. For this event our clients opted for our gourmet barbeque menu, which is always a crowd-pleaser no matter what your dietary requirements are. Sizzling away on the grill were juicy flame-grilled burgers and flavoursome tender chicken kebabs. Alongside these were a British BBQ essential, premium sausages, sticky, 
smoky barbeque ribs. As the 50 guests began arriving, plates were piled high and the staff made room for seconds throughout the evening.
For our vegetarian guests the team provided grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, which even the meat-eaters couldn’t get enough of! Of course we didn’t want any of the guests going without the burger experience, which is why plant based burgers packed full of flavour were also up for grabs and not to worry, even our gluten-free guests could enjoy the main event with our gluten-free burger rolls.
What’s a good BBQ without a range of tasty sides? We had plenty of options from a light and crunchy side salad, classic creamy coleslaw and a mix of traditional and sweet potato fries because who wants to pick?
To add to the rustic, outdoor feel, all of the delicious food was served up on our sustainable bamboo crockery.
