This May, Hog Roast Stevenage catered for Jamie and Savannah’s wedding day, which was a beautiful event with great weather and wonderful food! The outdoor venue was perfectly decorated for a spring wedding, with enough tables to seat the 55 guests- or should we say human guests, since there were also a few canine guests in attendance! With the glorious sunshine and all of their favourite people around them, the happy couple were able to enjoy their perfect wedding day!
For the catering, our manager Darren was hired to serve our Gourmet BBQ menu. This is a great choice for any event, especially those with varied guest lists. Nothing tastes better than a BBQ in the sunshine, so our team was more than happy to get to work! For the main dishes, we served succulent pork sausages, British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. We also offered BBQ-pulled jackfruit and grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers, which were perfect for the plant-based guests. The mains were served alongside a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, as well as herb-dressed new potatoes. We also provided our delicious gourmet coleslaw and a green leaf salad, which ensured that the menu was varied and nutritious. Our catering was a great addition to the wedding, with plenty of different dishes for the guests to enjoy. It was great to see the happy couple enjoying their special day and Hog Roast Stevenage was glad to be a part of it!
