Last year was our busiest yet; we were hog roasting every weekend and quite a few during the week from the beginning of April to the end of September. I think Karen and I actually had one whole weekend off, and one Saturday off throughout the whole summer. Then we had a few during October around Halloween time and then a few in November. (One was a bonfire night at RAF Headley Court in Surrey). December was manic as well, with plenty of parties and January was a busy month as well.
