Cooking our spit roasted meats to perfection

 

 

From experience we know a 40kg pig will take about six hours to cook and a 50kg pig will take about seven hours. Lambs tend to cook in about three and a half hours to four hours.

The cooking time varies depending on the weather and elements and we can speed up the cooking time by using the end plates on our Spitting Pig Titan hog roasting machines which create a hotter cooking temperature.
