Had a great time today doing a hog roast in Letchworth for ezCCTV they where having an event to celebrate the expansion of their business specialising in CCTV installations. We set up our catering gazebo next to the marquee in the car park outside the new ezCCTV headquarters at about 11 o’clock and started cooking the hog roast from fresh at the venue. The aroma of the sweet smell of roasting pork soon filled the air and staff and clients were soon asking what time was serving time and they couldn’t wait to tuck in to the hog roast in Letchworth.

The whole business community around Letchworth is really starting to thrive powered by the up turn in the economy. Which is great news for companies like ours as well. Today we are doing a whole spit roasted pig served with Karen’s delicious apple sauce and stuffing. Accompanying the hog roast we have brought a long some freshly prepared salads and hot buttered new potatoes. It really does look good enough to eat.
We have had fantastic day and hope ezCCTV and their customers have enjoyed eating the food as much as we have enjoyed working with these guys. Its been a real pleasure and I hope to see you all again soon.
