Today we have been in Essex meeting a couple of bride to be’s .
Luckilly the two ladies only lived about 10 minutes apart and phoned to enquire within a couple of days of each other so we managed to see both on the same day.
Both meetings went well, and were looking forward to catering for them in the summer.
We are quite happy to meet people and talk over menu’s and ideas for the day, especially if it is a wedding It helps put the bride at ease if she has met the caterer befor hand.
We also like to familiarise ourselves with the venue if it is a wedding, to help everything go smooth and perfect on the day.
