A whole lamb takes about three and a half hours and is so juicy and tender when it is cooked on a Spitting Pig hog roast machine.
We got a phone call at nine tonight from a very satisfied brother, his mates said the flavours were unbelievable and could not get over how moist and succulent the lamb was. They served it with a few salads and hot new potatoes with herb butter.
As this was another freebie for Pete he has promised to return the machine as clean as he got it !!
