For a delicious meal that our Hog Roast Borehamwood chef and catering assistants rustled up over the weekend, we had been asked for a slow-cooked hog made into plenty of pigs in buns, a vegetarian main of veggie skewers (full of halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, red onion and courgette), and sides of corn cobettes, potato salad and crunchy coleslaw – suitable for all the guests to enjoy.

After several hours of chopping, cooking, roasting and grilling, we had a lovely treat on hand, and it was time for all of the guests to dig in.
