This year was no exception. In fact, with 100 LiveLink staff and their loved ones eagerly anticipating the festivities, this year’s event was extra special, as it marked the end of an era at their current location and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. To make this farewell a truly memorable occasion, Rebekah, the event mastermind, turned to the expertise of Hog Roast West Hyde to provide an exceptional feast that perfectly complemented the lively ambiance of the affair.
Leading the culinary charge was Hog Roast West Hyde’s catering manager, Darren, who proudly served our showstopping spit roasted pig with all the trimmings – an image which dominated the dining scene. Once carved, the succulent meat was nestled within soft rolls, along with the irresistibly crispy crackling and applesauce, which the guests praised highly. The inclusion of BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls for the vegan crowd demonstrated our team’s commitment to inclusivity, which made everyone feel cared about.
The venue itself resembled a summer carnival, decked out with bouncy castles and slides that transformed even the most serious of adults into carefree children. Sun loungers provided a tranquil space to soak in the sun’s rays, while donkey rides brought pure joy to the little ones. Spin and Shake Mobile Bar Hire elevated the celebration with a medley of creative cocktails that encouraged the group to bond.
A nod to sustainability was a key highlight of this event.
