Molly works at a community centre in Hertfordshire and is in charge of organising outreach events for local people to attend. She has previously hosted all kinds of gatherings, including craft events, sports matches, movie nights, and seasonal parties. She has found that the best way to attract guests to her events is to offer a delicious catering menu, which is why she has teamed up with Hog Roast Harlow several times in the past, with each time being a great success! In preparation for spring, she is planning an event with seasonal games and activities, as well as a delicious hog-roasted served by our team. Our manager Daniel is looking forward to returning to the centre and catering for another great event hosted by Molly.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Harlow team will arrive at the venue in the morning to prepare for the 3:00pm serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection, before being expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, we will be serving succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages in bread rolls to create hot dogs. The mains will be accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, and corn cobettes, creating a varied and nutritious buffet lunch. This event is sure to be a lot of fun and our menu is bound to be a great addition to the day.
