maintaning the hog roast machines

The machine cleans up really good as long as you get rid of all the juices and fat from the previous night straight away. Otherwise you have a layer of dripping about a centimetre thick at the bottom of the roasting machine and it becomes a sticky messy job. The inside needs a bit of elbow grease and nice hot soapy water and it comes up spotless, then  a rub down with a bit if wet and dry to bring it back to new on the outside.

The utensils and equipment gets washed and all placed back into there own boxes and stored away in the unit so that when we have the next function, everything is in the right box and we don’t forget anything.
