No need for Panic at this disco when Hog Roast Barton-le-Clay are around!

Disco has recently had a resurgence of popularity, especially as a great way to party with your pals. Hog Roast Barton-le-Clay were only too glad to get their groove on at their latest event. The client was celebrating a rather special birthday milestone (she would never forgive us if we revealed her age, and we won’t betray her trust!) and she wanted to celebrate with a fun filled night of disco, good food, great music and her very best friends.

Hog Roast Barton-le-ClayThe client worked with the team to concoct a great buffet for her and her 30 guests. The menu was packed with tasty and energising dishes that were sure to keep the birthday girl and all of her guests bopping all night long.

The catering team from Hog Roast Barton-le-Clay arrived at the community centre several hours before the 7:30pm serving time. This was so that they could set up their catering gazebo, lights and equipment they would need to use to prepare and serve the delicious dishes that had been selected by the client. As part of the catering package the client had paid for the team used high quality wooden crockery and cutlery, which at the end of the event the team would take away with them to reuse at other events.

At 7:30pm on the dot the birthday girl and her pals tucked into a delicious buffet. They could pick between platters full of tasty treats like a crispy Thai salad, piping hot jacket potatoes, fresh green leaf salad and crunchy coleslaw. But the main attraction at the buffet serving table was the aromatic local free range chicken, which had been slow roasted with chipolata sausage, and could be served with optional homemade stuffing and juicy onion gravy.

After all the delicious offerings had been consumed by the hungry party guests the team quietly tidied away, sure that the guests had eaten well and would be energised enough to dance the night away. The event had been a wonderful success and the client was very pleased with the tasty food and the service she had received.
