We have been hog roasting now for quite a few years and have been catering for a bit longer.
Before we ventured into hog roasting, we did our home work and looked at various machines and companies that operated in this field and gathered as much information as possible.
We purchased our machines from Spitting Pig; they really are the best on the market and then went out with Spitting Pig on various different catering events, from small garden parties to large weddings before having the confidence and experience to start on ourselves.
We now work alongside Spitting Pig and cover the areas around Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire
Apart from lots of experience, Spitting Pig Hertfordshire is qualified to:
NVQ level 2 in food processing and cooking, catering and hospitality
CIEH level 2 in food safety in catering
We are registered by our local environmental health authority
We have public liability insurance through NCASS
