A busy new years eve for herts hogroasters

Happy New Year!  Its a busy first week back in the office

Today one of the enquiries we are following up is a lady interested in a hog roast and BBQ for her wedding in July this year.

We always like to see clients and have a chat about the menu’s and exactly what they would like us to do on the day as well as visit the venue to familiarise ourselves with the catering facilities on site or to see where we will be erecting our catering marquee.

The meeting went well and hopefully we used our knowledge and experience to help Tracy and Cian (the happy couple) make the right decision.

Looking forward to seeing them again on their big day 🙂

New year was full on for us, I dropped a DIY machine off in Hemel Hempstead and then four of us set off for Norfolk for two separate functions. One in Diss at the football club and the other at the John Innes Centre in Norwich.

Brian and Amanda had a menu three hog roast menu for sixty guests in Diss.  They said it was one of the best events they had done, the crowd were lovely and they had a drag queen entertaining them for the evening. Brian could not stop talking about him or her. They were invited to stay for the night after the catering had finished and Amanda spent a while dancing with the guests and let her hair down.

John and I had a pig in a bun event for 250 in Norwich, for Robert and Tracey. They had got married the day before and had a small family celebration and tonight was the knees up for all their mates. We supplied two pigs and all the trimmings.
