As this week brought us into February Hog Roast Harlington once again boasted a busy week of exceptional events all across the area, each unique and excellent in their own ways. We can’t quite believe it is already February either – it felt like only yesterday we were recovering from the deluge of New Year events – but I guess with the pace of events across January the month easily sneaks on by before you know it! Still, Hog Roast Harlington is happy to continue marching on as we brought our stylish catering to your events this past week. We took you into February the right way – with delicious foods and excellent service!
One of our events was an engagement party for around 180-200 guests. Across our 20+ years of experience in catering we’ve learned that buffets are more often than not the right choice for an engagement party. As opposed to the more formal setting of a wedding the engagement party can be a little looser and so the buffet affords guests that leisure of choice. And with our fresh roasted delights what a choice it is! Fresh pulled pork from our fantastic hog roast, beef roasts, chicken skewers, BBQ pulled jackfruit, fries, salads, potatoes and so much more. A bevy of buffet brilliance for guests eating pleasure!
Another event took us out to an industrial park for an outdoor service at a monthly food festival. With many brilliant other restaurateurs and caterers in attendance Hog Roast Harlington had to pull out all the stops to make our roasts stand out. Thankfully, the hog roast itself tends to do just that for us with the spectacle of our whole roasted pig atop the spit drawing guests in to see the magic be made fresh in front of them. The reward for their curiosity: the most delicious freshly pulled pork roll to enjoy!
Another gig this week took us to a business client to provide a quick staff lunch as a thanks for a solid first month to the year. Burgers and homemade sausages on rolls were the go to choice here to be enjoyed with roasted new potatoes, fries, fresh salad and coleslaw with seasonal veggies too. A quick in and out service that leaves its deliciousness behind!
