Celebrations were in full swing at the Walkern Sports and Community Centre as 130 guests gathered to mark Karl’s 50th birthday. Organised by the man of the hour and his partner Tracey, the evening promised to be a spectacular affair.
Embracing the theme of the night, t he guests dazzled in an eclectic array of costumes, transforming the venue into a lively spectacle. From the iconic Mr. T to the ever-charming Del Boy, the spirited Jack Sparrow, and a colourful ensemble of m&m’s, the fancy-dress extravaganza added an extra layer of excitement to the festivities.
As the clock struck 6 pm, the hungry crowd was in for a treat, courtesy of the culinary artisans at Hog Roast Walkern. Spearheaded by our catering maestro Darren, the team had devoted the entire day to crafting an unforgettable buffet for Karl’s special celebration. The result was a succulent and juicy delight that left guests raving! Complementing the crispy crackling and tender pulled pork, the feast included homemade sage and onion stuffing and applesauce, which enhanced the overall gastronomic experience.
