Hog Roast Kempston recently catered the wedding anniversary party of a couple who had asked us to cook a hog roast for their 40 guests, as they had enjoyed ours several times before. However, some time before the event, they contacted us again to rearrange the menu, as they had read about our amazing Southern Slow Roast. With your choice of three marinated meats and four side dishes, this menu gives you so much variety, and it even includes a vegetarian dish if required. The trio of meats themselves are cooked low and slow on the day, for hours, until we get succulent and tender slivers that just melt in the mouth, and are championed by many of our customers who have tried this menu and loved it.
When Roy and Margaret decided on a Hog Roast Kempston Southern Slow Roast to be served instead, they said it was then fairly difficult to choose their favourite dishes, but they ended up deciding on our bbq pork butt, Cajun-spiced whole roasted chickens and Louisiana sticky pork ribs, to be accompanied by mac and cheese, spicy sweet potato wedges, a Greek salad and our homemade Memphis coleslaw.
On the day of their anniversary, our team cooked up a mean feast for the couple and their friends and family, with many of them letting us know just how much they enjoyed our delicious meats and sides.
