Earlier in 2023, Hog Roast Nazeing was hired by Shannon to provide catering at her dad’s 50th birthday party taking place this August. The party included a ‘rock n roll’ theme, with everyone invited to dress up in their best costumes, plus an Elvis impersonator performing on the night. The party was set to be a lot of fun, with great entertainment planned and 120 guests set to attend. For the menu, our manager Daniel was hired to serve our gourmet BBQ menu at the party, since we knew that this would be ideal for enjoying alongside the partying, drinking, and dancing!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Nazeing team is planning on arriving at the party in the afternoon t prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. For the main dishes, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, juicy British beef burgers, veggie sausages, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the variety of sides, the guests can choose from homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, tomato and mozzarella salad, and corn cobettes. Since this menu is so varied, we are expecting every guest to be able to create their ideal evening meal from what we have to offer. This party is bound to be a lot of fun and the whole Hog Roast Nazeing team is looking forward to enjoying the evening!
